ditto on the above answer, perhaps. but you don't provide enough info. it could be sinus but also a migrane or other possibilities. is your nose stuffed%26gt; if so, try washing it out (inhaling) with warm water and kosher salt (and a dash of baking soda). then blow your nose. if the problem is sinus this will help clear them out and should relieve pressure inside your head.
