Why does water (?) run out my nose when I bend over?

Are you a swimmer?The first post is correct, and you may also be getting small amount of liquid storing in your sinus cavity. When you bend over it's just draining out.Its really nothing to be worried about.

The mouth bone is connected to the nose bone. Its the same thing when you laugh and milk comes out of your nose. It happens to me quite often! ;o)
