I love earl grey tea, but it gives me such a bad headache, I was just on a forum and found out I'm not the only one. Is there some specific reason that it causes this? And if so is there a way to have earl grey tea without the headache?

You're probably allergic to bergamot.
no trust me you are not the only one, everyone in my family gets 'bad feelings' from drinking earl grey, whether it's a head ache or a stomach ache.
it's not just you - sometimes it doesn't sit well with certain people.
i don't know the reason but i can't tolerate it,either.
