i hate a tamato and the next day i threw it up and my upper stomach hurts.i feel like im going to throw up and its kinda hard to breeve(sorry if i misspeled iT) and i need to lay down all the time? whats wrong with me?

if the tomato was still whole (undigested) then it sounds like you have a Shatzki Ring or some sort of narrowing of the esophagus. The causes of your symptoms vary widely and all require medical intervention. Go to your GP now and get it checked out it could be minor or very serious but until more is found on history and physical no one can be at all sure.
