The bottoms of my feet hurt a lot. it hurts on the padded part, below my toes, right before my arch begins. I walk home from school every day [a little over a mile] and then i run on the Eliptical exercise machine for 20 minutes at night. It even hurts when I am walking around barefoot in the grass. Please, help.

I had a similar pain that persisted until I realized that it went away after wearing shoes WITHOUT arch supports for a day or two. Beyond that, the advice to see a podiatrist is best.
May be time for new shoes.
Or a visit to the foot doctor.
See a doctor, I had a pain like that and it happened to be a piece of extra bone in my heel. Then again, I got a very painfull surgery, so you might just wanna put up with the pain. Good Luck!
I had something like that. One of the small bones in my feet ended up being broken. I got some custom orthotics (shoe inserts) which fixed it right up.
